As a seasoned professional, Ray’s career has spanned over 4 decades. During that time, he has held executive positions in the areas of marketing, sales, operations and IT. He has built various teams in many disciplines and departments for various companies. As such, Ray has a keen and unique understanding regarding the hiring process, and the definition of success within it. He has a very clear understanding of what a hiring manager looks for in a candidate. He is aware of what to look for in body language, attitude, and style to determine if the employer is really interested in a particular candidate. He knows what a candidate needs to do to successfully get an interview, how to nail the interview and leave such a strong impression that hiring is assured.
