After eight unexpected career transitions in 10 years, most of them layoffs, Jennifer empathizes with the flux of emotions and feeling of identity loss that can be overwhelming at times. During these challenging experiences, she worked with life coaches and utilized a variety of self-help resources to grow from each obstacle. In 2017, Jennifer realized that her life purpose was to help people find joy, which materialized in the form of starting her own life coach practice, Inversion Coaching. Jennifer is a Certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Coach and is currently enrolled in Master Coach training by the Martha Beck Institute. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University. Jennifer specializes in navigating career transition, stress management and anxiety reduction without meds, dream analysis, mind-body reconnection, and helping people make better decisions.
